Do you contact my ISP when there is an outage?
Yes. With your authorization, we open the ticket with your carrier, share the monitoring evidence and follow up until the circuit is restored, keeping you updated along the way.
Do I need to install hardware?
Usually a lightweight monitoring agent on an existing device is enough. For some sites we provide a small monitoring probe. We handle setup.
Can this help with SLA credits?
Yes. Our monthly reports document outages and performance per circuit, giving you the evidence most carriers require to issue SLA credits.
